Our group CrossFit training consists of small classes that maintain the focus of personal training while providing the fun, support, and challenge of an intense workout with others. Workouts are scaled according to individual levels, however the intensity is the same. As with individual training sessions, a variety of techniques and exercises are employed, and proper form is maintained. This ensures great results from mind blowing workouts. Each person is monitored and the group is pushed the whole time. You will be amazed at what your body can accomplish and how much fun you can have doing it.
All members are expected to maintain a specific workout frequency to not only increase their level of fitness, but maintain the class focus and keep up with their peers.
These classes are designed for people committed to overall fitness and who enjoy an everchanging, challenging workout. Sense of fun is highly encouraged! Come with your friends for the ultimate group experience.
 New members who are not experienced CrossFitters must also attend our "On Ramp" technique classes along with regular classes when starting up. These will help you become a safer, more proficient athlete.

Group Training Schedule:
All classes are one hour unless otherwise indicated.

5:30 am M/W/F - CrossFit
9:00 am M/T/W/Th/F - CrossFit (Tues/Thurs is BodyFit)

4:30 pm T/W/Th/F - CrossFit (Tuesday is BodyFit)
5:30 pm M/T/W/Th/F - CrossFit
7:00 pm T/Th - CrossFit

Saturday - 8:00 am CrossFit
Sunday - 8:30 am BodyFit 9:30 am Yoga (yoga is 45 minutes)
