T,Th - 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm. 7:00 pm
M,W,F - 4:00 pm
M,W - 5:30 pm
Saturday - 8:00 am

WomanFit:
M,W,F - 10:00 am 45 minute class

On Ramp:
Saturday - 9:00 am 60 minute class

Body Balance ball rolling:
M - 5:00 pm 30 minute class
